1. Introduction

Welcome to Albarqaah Travel. By accessing or using our Umrah services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.​

These terms apply to all users, including potential pilgrims, partners, and agents. Please read them carefully before booking your Umrah package.​

By making a booking, the lead passenger on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

A) He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;

B) He/she consents to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

C) He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;

D) He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed upon the receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking details.

The customer must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any changes after booking may incur additional fees.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other payment methods specified on our website.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure the booking.

The full payment must be completed 30 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

More than 35 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.

Less than 35 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).

Please note that once visas have been issued, no refunds can be issued in any circumstances in the event you cancel your arrangements

3.2 Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, flight cancellations, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.

3.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after a valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1 Passport and Visa

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of return) and any necessary visas.

  • We will assist in the visa application process, but the final approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

4.2 Vaccinations and Health

  • Pilgrims must comply with health regulations, including vaccinations (e.g., Meningitis, COVID-19) if required by the Saudi authorities.

  • We are not responsible for any consequences due to non-compliance with health requirements.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as illness, injury, trip cancellation, or loss of personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the absence of appropriate travel insurance.

6. Accommodation and Transport

  • 6.1 Accommodation

  • Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected. Any changes in accommodation due to availability or other reasons will be communicated in advance.

  • We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from third-party hotels or accommodations.

  • 6.2 Transportation

  • Transportation between cities and within Saudi Arabia is included as per the package details.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to transportation schedules caused by third parties or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Booking

  • 7.1 Changes by the Customer

  • Any changes requested by the customer after booking (e.g., date changes, upgrades) are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • All change requests must be made in writing.

  • 7.2 Changes by the Company

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated, and alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.

8. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • 8.1 Our Responsibilities

  • We act as a facilitator for the Umrah services, including accommodation, flights, transportation, and visa processing.

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during the pilgrimage unless directly caused by our negligence.

  • 8.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must adhere to the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia during their stay.

  • Customers are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

9. Behavior and Conduct

  • Pilgrims are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the rules and etiquette of Umrah.

  • We reserve the right to terminate the services of any individual who behaves inappropriately or causes disruption. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during the booking process is protected and will only be used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We may share your information with third-party partners solely for the purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and trademark, is the property of Albarqaah Travel and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content without permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by both United Arab Emirates laws and regulations specific to Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter will be referred to the courts of United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
